2. Orders and Customization

2.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete customization details, including text, images, and design specifications.

2.2 By submitting designs, you represent that you own the rights to the content or have obtained the necessary permissions for its use. Cajun Rednecks is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided content.

2.3 All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to decline orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

2.4 Custom products are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

2.5 Due to the natural variations in materials, the final product will differ slightly from the preview sample approved by the customer.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept credit cards and PayPal.

3.3 Sales tax, shipping fees, and other applicable charges will be calculated and added during checkout.

3.4 In case of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the order until the issue is resolved.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order placement. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Cajun Rednecks is not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.

4.3 For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All original designs created by Cajun Rednecks are the intellectual property of Cajun Rednecks and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

5.2 Customer-provided content remains the property of the customer. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Cajun Rednecks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6.2 Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Warranties and Returns

7.1 We guarantee the quality of our products and will replace or repair items that are defective or incorrect due to our error.

7.2 Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made 14 of receiving the order. Please contact us with photos and details of the issue.

7.3 Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer are not covered under warranty.

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
